The stunning Bolle vases were designed by Finnish designer Tapio Kirkkala for one of the most established of Murano art glass blowing companies: Venini. In 1968, he used two different types of glass ,fusing them to produce a beautiful set of vases. The technique is known as incalmo and was perfected by the Venini master glass blowers.The five pieces can be purchased as a set or as individual pieces. They are not cheap.
